What we have so far
D3 raises and holds 25-OH-D better than D2 at the same dose. D2 is the yeast-derived vegan form and the one most often prescribed at high dose.
This star is on the map because the show intends to take the question apart properly — the trials, how it is actually tested, whether the thing sold is the thing studied.
