Republishing an episode in full, or using any of it to train a commercial model, requires written permission.
Cited papers belong to their authors and publishers; our citations link to the originals and confer no rights in them.
No warranty
The content here is provided as it is. We take real care with accuracy — the whole point of the show is that you can check our work — but we make no warranty that every statement is complete, current or free of error, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
