What we have so far
It raises HDL more than anything else and lowers Lp(a), and two large outcome trials found no benefit and real harm. The biomarker moved; the patients did not.
This star is on the map because the show intends to take the question apart properly — the trials, how it is actually tested, whether the thing sold is the thing studied.
