A 2024 finding: a niacin breakdown product that drives vascular inflammation — a mechanism for why raising niacin might hurt, twelve years after the trials said it did.
This star is on the map because the show intends to take the question apart properly — the trials, how it is actually tested, whether the thing sold is the thing studied.
