The largest protein known, a molecular spring spanning half a sarcomere. Its full chemical name runs to 189,819 letters, which nobody has ever needed.
This star is on the map because the show intends to take the question apart properly — the trials, how it is actually tested, whether the thing sold is the thing studied.
