What we have so far
The tumour leaks metabolites continuously even when the hormone comes in bursts, so this catches what a catecholamine level misses. Supine, cannulated, rested — or the result is noise.
This star is on the map because the show intends to take the question apart properly — the trials, how it is actually tested, whether the thing sold is the thing studied.
